2007-2008 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

On behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, MOCI submitted the 2007-2008 CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on September 30, 2008.The CAPER represents the annual report of San Francisco's implementation of four HUD programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME investment Partnership (HOME); and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA).
